Terms of delivery
GENERAL
The products in the online store are sold by Soili Saari, business ID: 3409630-3 . These delivery terms apply to ordering products in our online store and to similar deliveries.
All products include 25.5% VAT. We reserve the right to change prices.
These delivery terms are valid from 1 January 2025. We may unilaterally change the delivery terms from time to time, so please familiarize yourself with our delivery terms in advance each time you order products from our online store.
DELIVERY AND DELIVERY COSTS
All products are made to order. The delivery time of the products is 14-21 business days from the order and the advance payment.
Delivery costs include postage and packaging costs. You can see the delivery costs charged for your order in your shopping cart before you accept the order. Orders over 200€ have free delivery in Finland.
ORDERING
Orders placed through the online store are confirmed by email, which states the order price, delivery costs and the ordered products. Orders over 200€ have free delivery. The customer agrees to the delivery terms and conditions in force when ordering.

RETURNS
Products have a 14-day right of return. Products must be returned unused and without delay. Custom-made products (products made to your own measurements/wishes or changes to the product) do not have a right of return.
Please notify us of your return by email (info@saarilabel.com) so that we know about the upcoming return. The customer, i.e. the customer, is responsible for the return costs. In the event of a complaint, we will refund the postage costs. We do not accept returns sent by cash on delivery. The price of the product will be refunded to the customer's account. Refunds are always processed as quickly as possible, but no later than 14 days after the products have been returned and we have verified their condition.
Return options:
Postal parcel: Normal postal parcel, make sure that the recipient's phone number is in the address information.
The most affordable way to send a parcel is to use the Posti app or online store.
The return address for the postal parcel and more detailed instructions are included with the product.
UNCOLLECTED PACKAGE
Failing to pick up an order without a return notification does not constitute a product return. The customer must take into account the storage times of the parcels at the pick-up point. If the parcel is not picked up within the storage time, the parcel will be returned to the sender. We charge a €10 handling fee for all uncollected parcels.
If you want us to resend an uncollected parcel, please contact: info@saarilabel.com. Without contacting us, uncollected orders will be refunded and the €10 handling fee will be deducted from this refund. EXCHANGES We will treat the product as a return.
